The Comal ISD Council of PTAs honored campuses for membership increases during its last Council luncheon for the school year.

High School #4 finally has a name! Davenport High School is under construction on FM 3009 and Schoenthal Road in the Garden Ridge area.

Students interested in law enforcement careers are being recruited by the Comal County Sheriff's Office. Officers from the Comal County Jail visited high school campuses to share opportunities which are becoming available soon.

Every year students from across the nation enter their most creative art, dance, photography, music and literature work to showcase their talent and compete for a PTA Reflections award.

The first of three Blended Learning Showcases kicks off Wednesday, April 24, at Smithson Valley High School. This marks the 10th year for the event which showcases innovative student projects.

Receiving medals, trophies and certificates is always a nice validation of a job well done, and Comal ISD is honored to be a Semi-Finalist in the largest educational awards in Texas.

On-Line Registration opens, Volunteer Appreciation, Field Trips, Earth Week and dates for the remainder of the year.
