 Bill Brown Trailblazer Fun Run

Bill Brown PTA is hosting a fundraiser, and our goal is to raise $25,000 for Beautification of Hallways/Classrooms, Teacher Education/Brain Break Activities, and Field Trips.

In just a few weeks from now, family and friends can support our school by giving pledges towards the number of laps your student will run on the day of the Fun Run.

We have asked the fundraising experts at Booster to power our program, making our fundraising simpler, more profitable, and more fun.

 Morning and afternoon reminders:

Morning drop off time is 7:10 am. Prior to this time, students will be unsupervised until all staff are on duty.
Do not park and let your child walk across the parking lot without adult supervision. Student drop off is at the designated cone area or an adult may walk them into the building.  If you are taking them to their designated area, you must stop in the office for a visitor badge.  If you have never had your driver’s license scanned at our campus, you must bring it with you on your first visit.
Upon arrival, Pre-Kg thru 3rd Grade will report to the gym; 4th and 5th Grade students report to the cafeteria. Any student who needs to eat breakfast may go directly to the cafeteria upon arrival. Dismissal from their assigned areas starts at 7:30 am.
Starting on Tuesday, September 3rd, we will be documenting students who are tardy. Students must be in their classroom by 7:40 am. Please plan accordingly so that your child is not late and missing instructional time.
Dismissal time is 3:05 pm.
If you need to make changes to your child’s transportation, remember to send a note or contact our office prior to 2:00 pm. You may call our office at 830-885-1400.  Please do not contact your child’s teacher, as they are not always able to check their phone or e-mails during instructional time.
If you are picking up your child from school, make sure you have a yellow car tag. If you do not, you are welcome to come by the office and pick one up.
Leave center lane open until 2:55 pm.
As always, please be patient during these high volume times in our parking lot. It is important that we be aware of those walking in and out of the building.  Remember it is for the safety of everyone, most importantly our students.
